In recent years, it has achieved significant results in technology research and development, market expansion, and brand building. During the exchange, Li Na, Deputy General Manager of CHINACO-OP(SHANGHAI)PRIVATE EQUITY FUNDS MANAGEMENT CO.,, elaborated on the company's investment strategy from an investment perspective. The two sides discussed potential cooperation models such as equity investment, industrial resource docking, and strategic synergy; Wang Xubo, Deputy Secretary General of the China Agricultural Means of Production Association，CAMPA and Director of China Agricultural Supplies Media, analyzed policy orientation and industrial chain transformation from an industry perspective, emphasizing the importance of technological innovation and green development; Dong Anxing, General Manager of Sichuan Banglida, shared on topics such as agricultural material circulation, supply chain optimization, and market collaboration.

Jiaocheng Economic Development Zone Organizes Confined Space Safety Training, and Knlan Co., Ltd. Actively Participates in Building a Solid Foundation for Safety

In order to effectively enhance the safety management capabilities of enterprises in special operations and prevent accidents in confined spaces, recently, under the organization of Jiaocheng Economic Development Zone, students of the park's enterprise safety training class went to Lvliang Xiaoyi Training Base to carry out safety training for special operations in confined spaces. Knlan Stock, as one of the training units, actively organized employees to participate.

This training adopts a combination of theory and practical operation mode, allowing students to master the key points of homework safety and emergency response capabilities in simulated scenarios, and build a solid defense line for enterprise safety production. At the beginning of the training, the professional lecturer systematically explained the theoretical knowledge of safety regulations, risk identification, work permit system, ventilation detection, and personal protective equipment use for confined space operations based on typical accident cases. 

Subsequently, the students entered the training venue to conduct practical training. Under the guidance of the instructor, the students were divided into groups for homework drills. From safety assessments and permit approvals before the homework, to on-site ventilation, gas detection, personal protective equipment wearing, to monitoring and emergency response during the homework, each step strictly followed the standardized procedures.

This practical training is an important measure for the park to strengthen the foundation of enterprise safety production. Next, the company will continue to increase its efforts in providing safety training for special operations, regularly organize practical drills, promote the implementation of safety production responsibilities in each factory, improve the level of safety management for special operations, and lay a solid foundation for the company's development in terms of safety.

Strengthening Standard Awareness and Building a Solid Safety Defense Line - Dongjin Fertilizer Calcium Magnesium Workshop Conducts Special Training on Forklift Operator Safety Education

In order to effectively strengthen the safety management of forklift operations, enhance the safety literacy and standardized operation ability of operators, and effectively prevent various safety accidents, Dongjin Fertilizer Calcium and Magnesium Workshop recently launched a special training on forklift safety education to build a "protective net" for safety production work.

This training focuses on the core safety points of forklift operations, and the content is both professional and practical. During the training, the speaker Feng Lingyun, Vice President of Safety at Dongjin Fertilizer, systematically explained the job responsibilities of forklift operators, safety inspection standards before operation, and risk avoidance points during operation. 

Through typical case analysis, potential risks and consequences were thoroughly analyzed in response to violations that are prone to occur in daily operations. After the training session, all personnel watched the forklift accident warning video together. The video vividly demonstrates the serious harm caused by illegal operations, bringing strong visual impact and ideological alertness to the personnel present.

This special training is an important measure to strengthen the safety management of special equipment operations. Regular training and warning education of this kind will be carried out in the future. Through a combination of "theory+case+practical operation", the safety skills of forklift operators will be continuously improved, and the safety concept will be effectively integrated into every aspect of daily operations, providing a solid guarantee for the stable safety production situation of the company.
