Recently, the Quality Control Department of Knlan New Fertilizer Branch organized a laboratory safety training for all employees, aiming to effectively ensure employee safety and standardize experimental operation procedures. The training is hosted by Zhai Zhenmin, the director of the Quality Control Department. Through a combination of case analysis, standardized interpretation, and practical guidance, it focuses on the prevention and control of safety risks in the laboratory process, comprehensively enhancing employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
At the beginning of the training, Director Zhai used recent laboratory safety accidents as a starting point to deeply analyze the direct causes and potential hazards of the accidents, sounding the safety alarm for all participating employees. Considering the particularity of laboratory work, Director Zhai focused on three aspects for detailed explanation: in terms of chemical reagent safety management, key management rules such as "double person double lock, limited storage" were clarified; In terms of safe operation of instruments and equipment, it is emphasized to regularly inspect key parts such as circuits and gas circuits, resolutely prevent "operation with defects", and ensure that the instruments are in good working condition; In terms of improving emergency response capabilities, simulated scenario explanations are used to ensure that employees can "understand how to handle and self rescue" in emergency situations, minimizing accident losses to the greatest extent possible.

Recently, the process outline video of the nitric acid workshop of Knlan New Fertilizer Branch was officially launched. The video system outlines the core points of the nitric acid production process and control parameters, providing intuitive and comprehensive learning materials for workshop employees, which is of great significance for improving the standardization and safety of workshop production operations.
The production process of nitric acid is complex, involving multiple high-risk chemical reactions and key equipment operations, which require extremely high professional skills and emergency response capabilities from employees. In order to help employees better grasp the key points of the process, Knlan New Fertilizer Branch organized technical backbone and front-line operators to jointly participate in video production. Starting from the DCS screen and process flow diagram of the nitric acid workshop, the production process presented key links such as ammonia process, air process, nitrogen oxide process, etc. in sequence. Each stage clearly displays the process flow, with a focus on indicating the control range of core parameters such as temperature and pressure, to help employees better understand the requirements of process parameters.
This video will serve as an important teaching material for employee pre job training and on-the-job retraining, helping the workshop standardize operating procedures and improve emergency response capabilities. Currently, the video has been promoted and used as a training material within the workshop, and has received good feedback from employees. The Maintenance of Unit A in the Nitric Acid Workshop of Dongjin Fertilizer Industry Has Been Completed, and It Has Successfully Resumed Operation
After a month of professional maintenance, the air compressor and exhaust equipment of Unit A in the nitric acid workshop of Dongjin Fertilizer have been fully repaired and debugged. Recently, they have officially passed the acceptance and resumed operation, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the nitric acid production system.
This maintenance was carried out by Shaangu Group as the main repair unit, and a systematic investigation and repair were carried out to address the vibration threshold issues of the exhaust side shaft and tail shaft of the air compressor discovered earlier. To ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance, Dongjin Fertilizer and Shaangu Group have established a full process collaborative mechanism. Dongjin Fertilizer dispatched professional technical personnel to participate in the entire process, providing 12000 hour operation history data and fault characteristic analysis reports for the unit, and providing key support for precise problem localization; Shaangu Group has deployed a team of senior engineers to strictly follow equipment maintenance procedures and implement a standardized process of "disassembly records problem analysis solution demonstration component replacement testing verification". A total of 32 testing projects have been completed, 15 key components have been replaced, and a complete maintenance file has been formed.
At present, the A system unit has been connected to the production scheduling system, forming a stable linkage with the B system, and the overall load rate of the nitric acid plant has been restored to the pre maintenance level. The successful completion of this maintenance not only eliminates equipment safety hazards, but also accumulates practical experience for improving the full life cycle management system of key equipment in the factory area, which will effectively promote the safe and efficient operation of the production system.

Recently, the three departments of centralized procurement, finance, and warehousing have collaborated to promote strategic level inventory of spare parts, bulk raw materials, and packaging materials.
With the start of the third quarter production cycle, the group has launched a special action to improve supply chain efficiency. A tripartite joint working group, coordinated by the Centralized Procurement Division, supervised by the Finance Department, and executed by the Factory Storage Department, conducted a comprehensive inventory of materials in each warehouse. This action aims to break down departmental data barriers and reserve precise 'ammunition' for the upcoming production peak. In the industrial field, the backlog of spare parts and shortage of raw materials can easily cause hidden losses, and cross departmental collaborative inventory counting is the key path to optimizing inventory structure.
