Since the end of the company's safety knowledge competition in June, as the department where the first and second level major hazard sources are located, Dongjin Fertilizer nitric acid workshop has deeply reflected on the prominent problems exposed in the competition, such as weak ability to handle abnormal working conditions and inadequate mastery of process indicators. In order to effectively rectify the shortcomings, enhance the level of safety management and process control, the workshop has comprehensively carried out special training on safety and process since July, and has taken solid measures to build a solid defense line against major hazards.

This training focuses on the core objectives of "filling gaps, strengthening foundations, and improving abilities", with a focus on workshop managers and team leaders. Through systematic training, it aims to promote the comprehensive mastery of key process indicators and parameters by all staff, and to proficiently apply the process of handling abnormal working conditions. The goal is to completely reverse the traditional work mode of "emphasizing experience over standards" and fundamentally consolidate the foundation of safety production. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the workshop adopts a three-dimensional model of "theory+practice+scenario simulation": two centralized theoretical lectures are conducted daily, with the safety production manager and technical department engineers taking turns to give lectures; Organize on-site practical exercises once a month, focusing on assessing the hands-on ability of key process links; Conduct abnormal working condition scenario simulations every two weeks, and test emergency response proficiency by randomly setting fault scenarios. At the same time, we will simultaneously implement the "daily question, weekly test" mechanism to strengthen learning and memory through high-frequency interaction, ensuring that knowledge points are deeply ingrained in our minds and hearts.

With the deepening of training work, the standardization awareness of all workshop staff has significantly improved, and the ability to control processes and respond to emergencies has continued to enhance. This not only injects solid guarantees into the management of major hazard sources, but also provides a practical answer to the improvement of safety production.

Deep cultivation of work injury prevention learning in the warehousing department, building a solid defense line for safety production

In order to effectively enhance employees' awareness of work-related injury prevention and reduce accident risks, the Storage Department of Dongjin Fertilizer Industry recently organized a special training on work-related injury prevention knowledge, which was given by Feng Lingyun, Vice President of Safety at Dongjin Fertilizer Industry.

At the training session, the speaker Feng Lingyun said that work-related accidents not only cause incalculable harm to employees and their families, but also directly affect the normal operation rhythm of enterprises. As the core link of the company's material storage and circulation, the warehousing department covers multiple high-risk processes such as handling, stacking, loading and unloading in daily operations. Doing a good job in preventing work-related injuries is of utmost importance to the overall situation. During the training, the speaker closely integrated the actual work scenarios of the warehouse department, focusing on common types of work-related injuries such as cargo damage, forklift collision, and slip and fall injuries. They deeply analyzed the core causes such as non-standard operation, weak safety awareness, and lack of equipment maintenance, and proposed targeted prevention plans to eliminate hidden dangers from the source.

This specialized training not only enabled all staff to systematically grasp the key points of work-related injury prevention, but also strengthened the concept of "safety first, prevention oriented", laying a solid foundation for achieving the company's safety production goals.
