This foundation adopts a pool type structural design, which has dual key functions of water storage and upper cooling tower support. Recently, the Equipment Department of Knlan New Fertilizer Branch focused on the safety pain points of forklift operations, completed the video production of forklift process inspection and operation procedures, and promoted their use in the factory, providing intuitive and standardized practical guidance for forklift operators and maintenance personnel.

As the core equipment for material transportation in the factory area, the safe and stable operation of forklifts is directly related to the production efficiency and operational safety of the factory. Previously, due to some personnel's lack of solid understanding of the forklift inspection process and non-standard maintenance operations, there have been issues such as driving deviation and vehicle malfunctions. In response to this pain point, the Equipment Department of the Second Factory has solidified the standardized operation process in the form of videos, taking into account the high frequency and variety of forklift usage in the factory area. Through the presentation of "real-life demonstrations+subtitle annotations+voice explanations", it comprehensively covers key nodes in the entire process of forklift inspection before operation, operation during operation, and maintenance after operation, transforming abstract specification requirements into visual practical guidelines.
