Recently, Knlan New Fertilizer Branch completed the installation and commissioning of the electronic weather station in the factory area and officially put it into use. This device can monitor multiple meteorological parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and direction in real time, providing accurate data support for production scheduling, equipment protection, and operational safety in the factory area, further enhancing the level of intelligent management of safety production.
As a chemical production enterprise, its production operations are closely linked to meteorological conditions. Previously, the factory relied on publicly available data from surrounding meteorological stations or manual observations, which resulted in data lag and difficulty in accurately reflecting local microclimates. To solve this problem, the factory has installed an electronic weather station with real-time monitoring function based on actual needs. The meteorological station is located outside the central control room, equipped with high-precision sensors and data transmission modules, and can monitor continuously 24 hours a day. Wide temperature measurement range and high accuracy, capable of accurately capturing extreme temperature changes in winter and summer; Wind speed monitoring can display instantaneous and average wind speeds from 0 to 60m/s in real time, with wind direction monitoring accurate to 16 directions. It can also synchronously record data such as relative humidity and air pressure. All data is uploaded in real-time to the cloud platform through wireless transmission technology, and management personnel can view it at any time through mobile terminals.
The use of electronic weather stations has provided scientific guidance for multiple production processes in the factory area. The meteorological data ledger built on equipment in the factory area can summarize microclimate patterns by analyzing historical data, providing a basis for seasonal production arrangements. 3. Dongjin Fertilizer Packaging Workshop strengthens standardized management training and builds a solid foundation for efficient production
Recently, Dongjin Fertilizer Packaging Workshop organized a special work training, focusing on optimizing production processes and refining management standards, laying a solid foundation for efficient and orderly operation of the workshop.
The training focuses on explaining multiple core tasks. At the critical stage of packaging, emphasis is placed on the standardization of sealing operations - as the first checkpoint to ensure product quality, it must be rigorous, meticulous, and not overlooked. Regarding shift handover management, the training clearly requires the personnel taking over the shift to sign and confirm the handover content, and at the same time take the initiative to assume responsibility. When encountering problems, they should not shirk responsibility or be perfunctory, and should conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems. The mechanism for promoting system troubleshooting work has also been further clarified in the training. Require all employees to participate in hazard investigation, with investigation coverage and problem rectification rate as core indicators, directly linked to individual and workshop performance evaluation. At the same time, workshop site cleaning and daily equipment cleaning have been included in the normalized management, combined with 5S management standards, focusing on creating a clean and orderly production environment. On August 29th, the research team of the People's Government of Liupanshui City, led by the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Zhang Dingchao, visited Knlan Group to conduct on-site research work. This survey focuses on three core issues: improving the quality and efficiency of investment attraction, promoting the construction of key projects, and promoting green transformation and development. Mr. Zhang provided a detailed explanation of the company's five level strategic goals, introducing how it can help the company achieve its listing goals by building a full chain collaborative model of "technology research and development, production and manufacturing, and market services". He also elaborated on the technical principles, production capacity benefits, and environmental protection value of the thermal storage molten salt project, emphasizing its innovative practical significance in the field of green energy substitution and highlighting the company's determination to practice the concept of green development.
Discussion and exchange: Discuss project difficulties and progress paths together
After the on-site inspection, both parties held a special symposium in the group conference room, focusing on the progress and difficult issues of the construction of the Knlan Shengjin project in Guizhou for in-depth communication. At the meeting, Song Xiaodong, Executive Director of the Group, reported in detail on the progress of the project: as the first phase of the core project, it covers 9 production lines and supporting facilities such as nitric acid, agricultural ammonium calcium nitrate, and water-soluble fertilizers. Currently, 90% of the site has been leveled, and the construction of slope engineering, main factory buildings, and office areas is steadily progressing. The overall progress strictly follows the planned milestones, and it is expected to complete the main project construction before the end of this year.
Chairman Lin Xiang has taken a step forward to supplement the project planning details. The first phase of the project will produce 420000 tons of nitric acid as an intermediate product, laying the foundation for the subsequent extension of the industrial chain; The second phase of the project plans to construct facilities such as nitrophosphate and commercial phosphate concentrate, and adopt innovative phosphate ore processing technology to significantly improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources. He expressed gratitude to the governments at all levels in Guizhou for their long-term support of the project, and promised that the company will continue to increase investment in technology research and development to promote high-quality industrial development through technological upgrading.
